Delivery Policy
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. This policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms have the meanings assigned there. References to the “First Party” and “Administrator” are as identified therein. By placing an order, you agree to this policy. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms and Conditions prevail.
Overview
- We offer two types of Articles: digital Articles (downloadable files) and physical Articles (custom, print-on-demand items). Each type has a different delivery process, and the timelines differ significantly. Please read this policy in full before placing an order so you know exactly what to expect.
Digital Articles
- How Delivery Works:
- Once your order is confirmed, your digital Article will be made available through the location specified in your order confirmation. This typically happens within 5 days of order confirmation.
- Delivery is complete when access to the digital Article is made available to you — whether or not you download or open it. This is because digital files, once accessible, cannot be returned.
- What If I Don’t Receive Access?
- If your digital Article has not been made accessible within 5 days of your order being confirmed, please check the location specified in your order confirmation first. If access is still unavailable, contact us via email within 14 days of the expected access date. We will resolve the issue promptly. If we are unable to do so, you will be entitled to a full refund in accordance with our Refunds Policy.
- Broken or Expired Links:
- If a download link fails or expires before you have successfully accessed the file, contact us via email and we will re-issue access at no additional charge.
Physical Articles
- How Our Physical Articles Are Made:
- Physical Articles are ordinarily produced on demand following confirmation of an order. This means your order goes through the following pipeline before it reaches you:
- Order confirmed → production initiated → production and quality control → packaging and dispatch → transit and delivery.
- Each of these stages takes time. We do not hold items on a shelf ready to ship. This is the nature of print-on-demand, and it is how we are able to offer every Article at the quality and specification we do.
- Physical Articles are ordinarily produced on demand following confirmation of an order. This means your order goes through the following pipeline before it reaches you:
- How Long Will Delivery Take?
- Delivery times vary depending on the Article, production location, destination, shipping method, customs processing, and other operational factors.
- Some destinations may receive their order sooner; others, particularly more remote locations or those with longer customs processing times, may take longer.
- We cannot guarantee delivery by a fixed date, and any delivery estimates provided are estimates only.
- Dispatch Confirmation:
- Once your Article has been produced and dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email. This confirmation will include the carrier name and tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date where one is available from the carrier.
- Tracking Your Order:
- Once dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking information provided in your dispatch confirmation. The carrier’s estimated delivery date — once available — becomes the reference date for delivery purposes under our Refunds Policy.
- P.O. Boxes
- We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. If you provide a P.O. box as your delivery address, your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted to provide a valid physical address. If a valid address is not provided within 14 days, your order may be cancelled and a full refund issued.
- Shipping Availability
- Physical Articles are generally available for delivery to most destinations worldwide.
- Delivery availability may nevertheless vary depending on the Article, destination, production facility availability, shipping providers, customs requirements, import restrictions, sanctions, local laws, operational constraints, and other factors outside the control of the First Party.
- Availability is determined at the time of ordering and fulfillment.
- The First Party reserves the right to decline, cancel, suspend, or refund an order where delivery to the requested destination is unavailable, impracticable, prohibited by law, or otherwise cannot reasonably be completed.
- Delays Beyond Our Control:
- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government action or embargo, customs delays, strikes, or failure of third-party carriers or infrastructure.
- If your Article has not arrived by the expected delivery date determined in accordance with the Refund Policy, please contact us via email.
